Green Band Boosters’ Fruit Sale 2011
More choices…same great taste!
Our annual fruit sale is on, and we are happy to announce a larger variety of choices for this year! All proceeds go to support the instrumental music programs at GHS, GMS, and GIS. This annual fund raiser has a history of success year after year because of the efforts of our band parents and supporters!
BAND MEMBERS Grades 8 -12: You can earn up to $5 “band credit” for every case of fruit you sell! This is an excellent opportunity to build your band account to help pay for band camp, trips, etc.
BAND PARENTS: We need your support to make this a success! Please consider purchasing at least ONE box of your favorite fruit. Fresh Florida fruit is a great gift you can give to yourself and your loved ones. Every little bit helps!
6th and 7th GRADE BAND MEMBERS AND PARENTS: We’re also asking for your support! New instruments, equipment, etc. are needed at all levels of the band and you will benefit from your efforts. Cash prizes are awarded to all students who sell fruit.
Everyone, be sure to check out the amazing new variety of fruit and sizes this year. For the first time, we are able to offer you 10 pound boxes. We also have apples, pears, and juice oranges for sale, as well as our usual grapefruit, oranges, and tangelos.

OK, it’s EASY to sell and place orders. Follow the directions below:
-Look over the Riversweet flyer that includes sizes and prices.
-Total your sales on the order form (on the back of the flyer).
-Return the order form/flyer and payment to your band director.
*Put the order form and payment in a sealed envelope marked Fruit Sale
-All Orders Must Be Prepaid
* Make checks payable to Green Band Boosters.
Deadline: Monday, November 7.
Delivery/Pick up: 2nd week of December at Green High School.
*Please include your telephone # on the order form for a “reminder” delivery call.
